Azerbaijan’s universities offer more than 400 different programs available to international students. Azerbaijan offers scholarships to students from all academic backgrounds. The Azerbaijan Scholarship does not require an application fee. There is no requirement for IELTS or TOEFL tests. Even English proficiency certificates are not required.
The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan approved these scholarships in Azerbaijan. Expenses such as tuition, housing, and monthly allowance will be covered by the scholarship. Undergraduate, Graduate, and Doctoral Degree level scholarships are available for all academic fields/majors.

The Scholarship for International Students in Azerbaijan is a fully-funded scholarship that covers the following expenses for the selected candidates.

Eligible Criteria
1. Candidates must have a good academic record
2. To qualify for a scholarship for undergraduate and general medicine programs, candidates must not be older than 25 years old
3. An applicant who wants a scholarship for graduate or residency programs must be under 30 years old.
4. If you are applying to a Ph.D. program, your age must be 40 or older.
